For order tracking, warranty claims, or returns, email us with your order number and we'll get back to you promptly.
You can return any product within 30 days of receipt. Email support@buyerarea.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we'll arrange collection.
All devices come with a 12-month warranty. If you experience a fault, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. If you haven't received tracking after 2 days, please contact us.
We are a warehouse-based business and do not currently offer walk-in sales. All orders are placed online and dispatched by courier.
